Gym last night - 40 mins on the cross trainer, 8 on the bike (I got bored - rubbish TV!) and then some weights focussing on my arms & upper torso.
I want to find something exercise-wise that will enable me to develop stronger core muscles as I think that it's weakness there that's contributing to shoulder problems. However, since I've stopped going to bed with wet hair, this has been much less of an issue!
